How many pancakes does the bag make, and do I need to make the whole bag?

Every bag creates 10 medium-sized pancakes and 4 large waffles. And, yes you need to make the entire bag using the measurements on the back of the bag. 

The ingredients are measured perfectly for the amount of dry mix inside the bag. If you don’t use all of the batter, you can store it in a covered container in your refrigerator for up to 24 hrs.
