Why did my syrup crystalize?

Modified on Tue, 28 Jan at 8:00 AM

Our syrups are made without preservatives, which means they have a shorter shelf life than store-bought syrups. To ensure freshness, we recommend refrigerating the syrup after opening. While refrigeration isn't required, we cannot guarantee the syrup will stay fresh for more than three weeks without it, as our syrups are made with natural ingredients and no artificial additives.

The crystallization you noticed is a natural process similar to what occurs with maple syrup. If this happens, simply place the syrup bottle in warm or hot water to dissolve the crystals and return it to its normal consistency.

If the issue persists, please contact us—we’re happy to send you a replacement or provide a refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
