The powdered pancake mix is shelf-stable for up to 18 months. The prepared pancake batter is good in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hrs. If you have any leftover batter, we suggest you cook them up and freeze them to reheat for a later yummy breakfast date with Vicky Cakes!
The pancake syrup has a 6-9 month shelf life. For the most accurate shelf life information, check the expiration date on the package.
